For free and reliable historical and current corporate interest rate data, also consider the St. Louis Fed (“FRED”) website: Corporate Bonds | FRED | St. Louis Fed (stlouisfed.org)

FRED data is for US corporates; however, in most cases the data can reasonably be used as a proxy for CAD corporates.
